You must be able to read technical drawings, communicate efficiently with a multicultural team and have experience dealing with global clients. Experience with composites is a bonus but a passion and knowledge of pleasure-boats and cruisers is crucial. 

They are offering the chance to try before you buy, 6 months initial contract and then a permanent role.
