A pochi giorni dagli Europei 2020, la bandiera italiana sventola fiera anche sui mari. Prima l’annuncio della nuova creatura mitologica: Admiral, un mega yacht all’avanguardia. Con i suoi 72 metri, Admiral sarà consegnato all’inizio del 2024. Il colosso nasce dalla collaborazione tra “Giorgio Armani SpA” e “The Italian Sea Group” (TISG), l’operatore globale nel settore dello yachting di lusso, capeggiato da Giovanni Costantino (CEO), già titolare di marchi quali “Admiral” e “Tecnomar”, nella riviera apuana, precisamente a Marina di Carrara.

L’armatore carrarino è fiero di annunciare, poi, un’altra importante operazione finanziaria: l’emissione di nuove azioni per un valore di 50 mln di euro, la quale, in aggiunta alla vendita di una parte della quota di “Gc Holding” (altra società controllata dal Costantino), hanno lo scopo di far conquistare alla società i requisiti per approdare sul Mercato Telematico Azionario della Borsa Italiana.
L’offerta prevede l’emissione di 9,5 milioni di nuove azioni, le quali vanno sommate ai 8,5 milioni di titoli messi in vendita dal primo azionista “Gc Holding”. Questa la strategia del magnate dei mari: il reinvestimento dei proventi dell’aumento di capitale per costruire nuovi cantieri e stabilimenti industriali, allo scopo di aumentare la capacità produttiva delle “Shipbuilding” e “Nca Refit”.
Ancor prima dello sbarco in Piazza Affari, la TISG vantava già due colossi a bordo: di nuovo, la “Giorgio Armani SpA” e la “Alychlo” (società di investimento della famiglia dell’imprenditore belga Marc Coucke). Il pioniere dello stile italiano ha già acquistato il 4,99% del capitale, per un valore di 13 mln di euro, mentre il Belgian Businessman ha raddoppiato, raggiungendo il 10% del capitale sociale ed investendovi 26 mln di euro. La Gc Holding rimarrà primo azionista con il 62,6% del capitale.
Il lancio è stato un vero successo! La quotazione è partita a 5,40 €, progredendo fino al +10,2 % nel suo primo giorno, considerando il prezzo di collocamento di 4,90 €. Punto massimo di 5,45 € (+11,2%). Attualmente viaggia a quota 5,36 €, in rialzo del 9,45%. Una capitalizzazione di oltre 280 mln di euro.

The shipowner from Carrara is proud to announce another important financial operation: the issuing of new shares of a value of 50 million euros, which, in addition to the sale of a part of the shares of “Gc Holding” (another company controlled by Costantino), are aimed at making the company meet the requirements to be listed on the Italian Stock Exchange.
This provides for the issuing of 9,5 million new shares, which are to be added to the 8,5 million shares put up for sale by the first shareholder “Gc Holding”. This is the strategy of the magnate of the seas: the reinvestment of the proceeds of the capital increase in new shipyards and industrial plants, in order to increase the production capacity of “Shipbuilding” and “Nca Refit”.
